Sharing valuable tools and resources she has learned through her career in special education, Mo provides step-by-step support to navigate the complex IEP review process, even accompanying parents to review meetings. Mo is dedicated to ensuring that all students receive FAPE (free and appropriate education) to reach their maximum potential and become productive members of their families, schools and communities.
Mo will review an IEP or IEP draft or other reports, providing key input to empower you to become better informed so that you can advocate more effectively at your child's IEP meeting to ensure that appropriate educational setting, goals, and accommodations/modifications are included in the document.

Mo can provide much needed professional development to DSP staff and supervisors in order to meet the needs of the clients you serve. She can also assist with input on plans to maximize billing, create a more robust day program, person centered planning and provide supports in the CILAs all to improve the quality of life of the clients you serve.
Request Participation in an IEP Meeting
With Mo by your side, she will advocate for your child to ensure all relevant information is addressed by the school, the appropriate educational setting is recommended and necessary supports and services are provided. If you would like Mo to review any reports or IEP drafts ahead of time or have a phone conference to prepare for the meeting there will be an additional charge.
